Due to the nature of digital services, monthly and yearly subscription payments are non-refundable once activated. Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle if canceled.

Digital Subscription Services

Monthly and yearly subscription payments are non-refundable once the service is activated. If you cancel your subscription, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans are one-time payments and are non-refundable after activation, except in cases of duplicate billing or verified technical error.

NFC Physical Products

For physical NFC cards, returns are accepted within 7 days only if the product is defective. Personalized or custom-printed cards are non-refundable. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
